Work Permits
Minors (young adults ages 14-17) living in Orleans Parish who are seeking or have been offered employment may apply for a work permit at any EnrollNOLA Family Resource Center.
To apply for a work permit:
- Click for the employer application form.
- Print, complete, and sign your application form. You will also need your employer and a parent / guardian to sign your application form.
- Present the completed and signed application form at any Family Resource Center (hours and locations follow).
Additional Requirements
- A minor is a young adult ages 14-17 years old.
- Minor鈥檚 original birth certificate or current Louisiana state ID.
- Completed 鈥淎pplication to Employ Minors Under Age 18鈥�, signed by employer and parent.
- The minor must be present. If the permit is being requested during school hours, the minor must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Permiso de Trabajo
Los menores (adultos j贸venes entre 14 y 17 a帽os de edad) que viven en Orleans Parish que buscan o se les ha ofrecido empleo pueden solicitar un permiso de trabajo en cualquier Centro de Recursos Familiares de EnrollNOLA.
Para solicitar un permiso de trabajo:
- Haga clic 补辩耻铆 para obtener el formulario de solicitud del empleador.
- Imprima, complete y firme su formulario de solicitud. Tambi茅n necesitar谩 que su empleador y un padre / tutor firmen su formulario de solicitud.
- Presente el formulario de solicitud completado y firmado a cualquier Centro de Recursos de Familia (las horas y las ubicaciones presentadas abajo).

- Un menor es un adulto joven de entre 14 y 17 a帽os.
- Certificado de nacimiento original de Minor o identificaci贸n actual del estado de Luisiana.
- Completada la “Solicitud para Emplear a Menores de menos de 18 a帽os”, firmada por el empleador y los padres.
- El menor debe estar presente. Si el permiso se solicita durante el horario escolar, el menor debe estar acompa帽ado por un padre o tutor.
